Key Process Parameters and Quality Control

PE raw material: Food grade polyethylene must be used, in compliance with relevant food safety standards (such as Chinese GB 4806.7). Commonly used are LDPE (low-density polyethylene) and LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene), with the latter having better strength and toughness.
Temperature control: Temperature zoning control of the extruder is crucial. Low temperature, uneven plasticization of PE, poor fluidity; Excessive temperature can cause degradation and oxidation of PE, resulting in odor and yellowing, affecting product performance and food safety.
